With bright sunshine, blue skies, colourful umbrellas, attractive gardens and a crowd of interested visitors Belswan’s Pinjarra’s Great Day Out was a resounding success.
Belswan’s event running in tandem with historic Edenvale’s annual Garden Day saw an enthusiastic crowd enjoying everything Pinjarra has to offer.
Using the day to launch 6 new hi-spec homes project manager Nick Allingame was besieged by a crowd hungry for details of the homes.
“I think we have 4 of the homes spoken for already. People know they will have until September next year to sell their current homes and prepare for their move to the Village. What also appealed was the opportunity to customise their home to suit their own requirements”.
Visitors mixed with residents while enjoying not only an insight into village life but waffles and ice-cream with taste tempting toppings prepared by Pinjarra Village manager Margaret and her trusty team of resident volunteers.
Other visitors gained their information over a Devonshire tea chatting with Belswan’s MD Kevin or Sales Consultant Robyn who stated,
“Having our residents involved with potential purchasers in the village means they get a totally unbiased opinion and can ask the personal questions that we might not normally cover. With such an enthusiastic response to our “Great Day Out” we look forward to welcoming new residents to share the Belswan lifestyle.”
