Although the calendar tells us its autumn the sun shone on the 135 guests who attended Belswan’s Pinjarra Lifestyle Village for the second free community event with gardening personality Sabrina Hahn.

Sabrina’s first advice was to put the season back one month otherwise bulbs and other winter plantings will not flourish as weather patterns have changed. She also laments the lack of gardening space in new developments as blocks become smaller and more gardens are restricted to pots. Gardens require microbes as much as fertiliser to introduce quality nutrients into plantings and healthier outcomes for us the consumer.

This popular personality presents her talks with plenty of humour mixed with a sound knowledge of her subject which kept the audience engaged and prompted many audience questions regarding their own gardening efforts.

The afternoon finished with a sumptuous afternoon tea eagerly devoured by the appreciative village guests. A fitting end to a great event.

Belswan’s Managing Director Kevin Phillips and Sales Manager Robyn Craig were impressed not only by the attendance figures but also by the number of people keen to get the facts about Belswan village life and tour the amenities offered for residents.

If you missed the event and would like to take a private tour with Robyn give her a call on 0488 155 110 to arrange a convenient time.
