While in lockdown there has been great activity at Belswan’s Pinjarra village.
The aquatic pavilion has been extended to incorporate a commercial size therapy pool and spa using the latest technology and several residents to use the facility at any one time.
The concrete spa pool is set below ground with easy access steps and stainless steel handrail. With 8 aerated massage jets, 12 floor air track jets and finished in sky blue duraquartz rendered plaster it’s sure to be a winner with village residents.
With the spa looking so great it was decided to match it with a revamp of the swimming pool jack hammering off the old plaster and matching it with the same finish as the spa. Having the pool empty allowed the fitting of new inlet eyeball LED lights and improved access with blue step treads to the steps and all pool ledges.
Following completion of the renovations, the pavilion extensions and new flooring will be installed in readiness for the lifting of the Covid 19 restrictions.
With solar and gas heating the aquatic facilities will be available to our residents throughout the year, no matter the weather.
